17 June 2003 Sackson directs data - The Australian IT Data communications specialists Braintree Communications has appointed Bruce Sackson as Non-Executive Director.
He brings 30 years experience incorporating corporate governance and accounting practices.
Sackson is a Senior Partner at BDO Kendalls and a Member of the BDO Nelson Parkhill national executive.
His other directorships include being Deputy Chair of West Moreton Anglican College, a director of CEO Dynamics (CEO Institute), and finance director of BDO Nelson Parkhill Association Ltd.
He also acts as Financial Advisor to the Board of the Zupps Group.
“Braintree is at the important stage where we are ready to capitalise on our growth opportunities, and Bruce’s appointment is another key step,” says chief executive Peter Hall.
Braintree specialises in the design and development of data communication solutions that allow legacy terminals to seamlessly and immediately connect to modern networks using intelligent protocol conversion.
Braintree’s primary
technology focus is on Short Duration Transaction Networks (SDTN) such
as electronic funds transfer applications like point-of-sale and ATM connectivity,
defence communications systems, airline reservation networks, security
